ABOUT KATE

Kate Bould is a brand strategist with over eight years experience across multiple industries and regions of marketing, communications, and growth. She grew up in Dallas, TX, going off to college at Texas Christian University to study Political Science. Shortly thereafter, she moved to New York and began her career spanning Fashion, Luxury Jewelry, eCommerce, SaaS, AI, and more. 

She is a strong believer in a more holistic approach to growth that takes into account all aspects of the business, brand, and values.

Work History

  • Mara Hoffman, Contemporary Sustainable Womenswear

    Collaborated with Hoffman on interviews, speeches, and copywriting referencing the necessity of sustainability and a more equitable future for the fashion industry. Produced and directed major campaigns, fashion shows, and photo shoots for the brand.

  • PAUER by Francesca Amfitheatrof, head of Jewelry and Watches for Louis Vuitton

    Led the PR, website, and packaging agencies throughout strategy, development, and launch. Produced a well-attended launch event at Spring Studios in partnership with IMG. 

  • Yotpo, an eCommerce marketing platform

    Developed and led sensitive customer communications training with the support team. Created and managed a sentiment improvement program in partnership with executive staff. Developed and grew a new employer branding function. Directed multiple collaborations with customer brands. Created and managed an accelerator program for Black-owned Shopify brands. Built and led an Agile Marketing Task Force for expedited content production during the pandemic. Led marketing for the Amazing Women in eCommerce program. Led a multi-year company-wide rebrand.

  • Windsor io, a Y Combinator company

    Built and led growth strategy, partnerships, sales and marketing efforts. In just under 9 months, the company was strategically acquired by a competitor and top AI visual platform for enterprise companies.

  • KB Consulting

    In 2023, Kate left in-house work to start her own consulting company, one with a more holistic approach to marketing, brand awareness, and communications that prioritized both brand, company values, and business impact.
